We provide an additional revenue stream for estate agents by giving them a 10% commission for any referral they pass on for individuals or families such as:​​​​

Students on short-term placements that are too short for a standard AST

Families that need a place to stay whilst work is being done on their current property

Buyers who have sold their home and are yet to find a new property or are waiting for their purchase to go through​

All accommodation is on a rolling weekly basis providing the ultimate flexibility when the duration of the stay is not known up front.

We pass on a 10% commission (paid monthly) for all successful referrals.

What would we be responsible for?
You still own the management agreement with your landlord
Do you intend to sublet the property?
No, subletting is illegal, our guests do not have a tenancy agreement so the usual challenges of evicting a guest do not apply as they can be asked to leave immediately
How does it work in practice?
You still take your management fee from the the landlord, but there is little work for you to do as we take care of minor maintenance and regular cleaning
Can we inspect the property?
Yes you can inspect the property provided a suitable time is agreed with any guest
